Stephen Blackwell is the Chief Executive Officer of SpinMedia—home to some of the best-loved music and entertainment sites on the web which see over 30MM unique visitors monthly. Prior to SpinMedia, he was the Founder and CEO of the widely read and critically acclaimed site Death and Taxes, which was acquired by SpinMedia in July of 2014. He divides his time between New York City, where he is from, and Los Angeles.
Severin Andrieu-Delille serves as Chief Technology Officer for SpinMedia. Severin is an accomplished engineering executive with more than 10 years experience in building complex websites, software and mobile applications. He has assembled and managed world-class engineering teams, and lead engineering for numerous large digital media and e-commerce ventures. Severin most recently was at Artspace (previously VIP Art Fair acquired by Artspace in 2013), where he was VP of Product and Engineering, responsible for composing and executing the technology and product vision. He also served as CTO of StyleCaster Media Group, a Media company with a breath of online properties in the fashion and lifestyle space. Severin holds a BS in Computer Science from Tufts University.
Mike O'Hagan is the Executive Vice President of Operations for SpinMedia Group, where he oversees the Advertising Operations, Programmatic Sales and Account Management teams. He brings more than 13 years experience in the media industry to SpinMedia. Mike works closely with the executive team to create and execute strategies that scale SpinMedia's presence in the music and entertainment space. Mike holds an MBA in Design Strategy from the groundbreaking DMBA program at California College of the Arts in San Francisco, CA.
Pete Reisner is Vice President of National Sales at SpinMedia, chiefly focused on growing brands and leading effective teams. He guides high performance media concepts by collaborating with brands to build innovative, creative executions. According to Pete, this means staying ahead and winning with a competitive edge in our connected world. Pete is native New Yorker and resident who graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder. As a passionate music junkie, he believes music is a way of life that should never be taken for granted. SpinMedia is fueling his hunger to produce pioneering entertainment experiences.
In her role as Director, Finance & Strategy, Connie Hsiung is responsible for keeping the piggy bank full, providing financial support for strategic initiatives, and managing the Company’s financial reporting. Prior to joining SpinMedia Group, Connie was at SDI Media where she was also staring at spreadsheets all day, every day, and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Southern California.
Johnathon Cramer serves as the VP of Marketing overseeing brand partnerships, client programs, and creative solutions for all of SpinMedia’s client's needs and requests. A 10 year NY transplant born and raised in Austin, TX Johnathon has executed strategic programs with partners and clients such as Tiger Beer, Ford, Gibson, Delta, vitaminwater, smartwater, TED, Grammys, AXE, and Microsoft. He has a strong passion for experiential marketing, tech innovations, and making sure that every program executed meets client needs in new and innovative ways.
Alex Moore serves as VP of Content at SpinMedia, where he oversees content operations across our owned-and-operated properties. Prior to his role at SpinMedia, he was the co-founder and Editor-in-Chief of Death and Taxes, which he developed from launch to a readership of over 4 million monthly unique readers and which was acquired by SpinMedia in 2014.
Maryclaire Grace is the VP of Production, and joined SpinMedia with over a decade of agency experience across a myriad of disciplines. Most recently, she was the head of Production and then Accounts for an experiential agency, where she oversaw projects from clients including Google, Audi, Delta Air Lines, and JP Morgan Chase. She started her career working on projects aligning music and brands, and continues to love watching programs come to life.
Dave Young is VP of Sales at SpinMedia. Previously, Dave oversaw West Coast sales for the giant media native platform and TRIVU video platform at Adknowledge. Prior to that, he ran national sales for the lifestyle and entertainment division of Demand Media, which acquired the Indieclick Network in 2011, of which he was a co-founder. Dave started in online advertising in 1996 at L90, the first integrated sponsorship and brand activation premium ad network, and is a Los Angeles native, graduating with a English BA and art minor from the University of Redlands.
